Why is it called Seed of Faith?
The title of our parish magazine was inspired by our patron, Saint Agnes, who was one of the Church’s earliest Christian martyrs.
“The blood of martyrs is the seed of the Church” is a well-known quote attributed to the early Church Father Tertullian. It expresses the idea that the courage and sacrifice of those who die for their faith inspire others to believe and strengthen the Church.
