St. Agnes Parish Implements New Key System

Our parish staff are implementing a new KEY system for all ministries and committees using the St. Agnes parish facilities designed to make access to our campus more secure and accessible for all parish members!

How the New System Works:

• After submitting a reservation for meeting space, and receiving confirmation from the Parish Office, the key for your requested classroom or meeting space will be placed in a marked zippered case inside the code-secured lockbox located in the Parish Office vestibule, accessible to all 24 / 7 and video secured.
• Following the completion of your gathering or meeting, please return the key by placing it back into the zippered case and return the key into the Parish Office mail slot
  • Please do not return the key to the lockbox after your meeting.

This new process will take effect after Labor Day weekend, and all current entry codes will cease to be used for access to the social hall, convent, and school buildings.
